Shipping & Returns
Made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping time. This is a general estimate; product-specific notices take precedence, and holidays or busy seasons can add time.
Carrier transit begins after shipping. Available shipping methods, rates, and transit estimates are shown at checkout. Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $125+.
We’ll email tracking when your blanket ships. Blankets may arrive separately from hats, apparel, or other items.
Returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery, including made-to-order items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original resalable condition. Email hello@holyhillcountry.com for approval before sending anything back.
For preference refunds, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct its disclosed cost after inspection. Original outbound shipping is generally nonrefundable. See our Returns & Refunds policy for size exchanges, refunds, and full terms.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email your order number and clear photos. Holy Hill Country covers the necessary costs to resolve a confirmed issue.
Read our Shipping & Returns page for timing and separate shipments.
